Our Team

Board of Directors

The IQE Limited board comprises five directors, two of whom are non executive directors. The three executive directors are responsible for the general management of IQE and are separately responsible for specific business areas. Each of the directors has over 20 years of relevant industry experience, as you would expect, and the board as a whole determines the strategic direction of the company.

The non executive directors are both advocates with experience in corporate, banking, finance, shipping, insurance, funds and fiduciary service sectors.



Business Development Department

Our Business Development Department is committed to facing key markets and travel extensively to ensure we meet this aim. We have a focussed approach to ensure we are meeting relevant people to support the services we provide and we provide sponsorship to key events and editorial on current matters which affect our industry. Whilst much of the work is carried out from our head offices in the Isle of Man where we have good access to the UK and European markets we also have an International Consultant based in Shanghai.



Corporate Department

Our Corporate Department specialises in providing services to listed, quoted and substantial private placement companies and is highly experienced in preparing company vehicles for admission to Main Market and AIM and providing ongoing services to such companies. The members of the team are drawn from legal, corporate secretarial and accountancy backgrounds.



Private Client Department

Our Private Client Department provides services to private clients, each of whom has a dedicated administrator with responsibility for responding to their day to day needs. Our team, a high proportion of whom are professionally qualified, work closely together to ensure that cover can be provided at all times and that our service is always responsive. Our clients are global and the structures we administer hold assets in 5 continents. Our services are provided on a bespoke basis to suit the needs of each client.



Finance and Accountancy Department

Our Finance and Accountancy Department provide professional accountancy services to our private and corporate clients. The services range from book-keeping to the provision of financial statements which can be prepared to UK GAAP or IFRS as required for trusts and companies including consolidated accounts.



New Business Department

Our New Business Department is often the first point of contact for prospective clients and their professional advisers and the team are able to answer any questions regarding the services we can provide. The members of the team have multi-jurisdictional experience and are all professionally qualified so they can provide help and support to ensure that the structure we establish meets your requirements and conforms to your legal and taxation advice.



Office Services Department

Our Office Services Department is central to our business and the team provides a warm welcome at reception and an efficient service to manage the many meetings and events that are held in our offices. The team will also ensure that your travel, refreshments and technical needs are met.



Human Resources Department

The members of our Human Resources Department are professionally qualified and have the expertise you would expect to support a diverse, modern business. Our HR Department is also able to provide a full payroll management service to clients using a fully integrated payroll software system.



Compliance and Risk Department

Our Compliance and Risk Department is an integral part of our business and provides an internal service to ensure that any work we undertake is appropriately assessed and managed to mitigate risks and create sustainable value. The team is also responsible for compliance with our licence and regulatory obligations and the requirements under Anti Money Laundering and Countering Financing of Terrorism regulations and legislation.
