IQE is highly committed to Corporate Social Responsibility and underpinning our policy we have five main principles:
To recruit and retain the best employees by providing a workplace which is pleasant, safe, flexible and supportive and to treat all employees fairly and with respect.
To ensure that clients and customers are treated fairly.
To be a responsible neighbour and support our local community.
To minimise the environmental impact of our operations without increasing our costs.
To operate in an ethical way and with integrity and to respect basic human rights.
IQE aims to minimise the environmental impact of its operations. Recycling is encouraged for disposal of all glass, paper and aluminium in addition to responsible disposal of office equipment. Document Management has been implemented to reduce the need for printing, paper and toner in addition to a reduced need for storage and archiving. Usage of electricity is kept to a minimum with movement activated lights in offices and external lighting on timers and using LEDs where possible. Goods, services and produce are sourced locally where possible to reduce delivery mileage and to support our local community. IQE aims to be carbon neutral and regularly undertakes tree planting to achieve this in addition to assisting Beach Buddies with beach cleaning in the Isle of Man.
IQE is a corporate member of the Manx Wildlife Trust which is the island's leading nature conservation charity with responsibility for 24 nature reserves, which works hard to protect the island's precious, unique environment, both on the land and in the seas that surround us.
In everything IQE does we aim to demonstrate our integrity, quality and expertise for the benefit of all stakeholders involved in our business.
We have the expertise to assist with multi-jurisdictional fiduciary services for international structures

I work with a number of Corporate Service Providers across several jurisdictions and would have no hesitation in saying that IQE have proved, on numerous occasions to be both the most efficient and professional of them all. IQE has provided a comprehensive service at a consistently high level despite having to deal with some very sensitive cultural complexities reflecting our area of operations. All of the staff have been extremely helpful and will go out of their way to accommodate us. John Bourbon, MSc, FCIB, FCol Charterd FCSI,
