The IQE Limited board comprises five directors, two of whom are non executive directors. The three executive directors are responsible for the general management of IQE and are separately responsible for specific business areas. Each of the directors has over 25 years' relevant industry experience.
The non executive directors are both advocates with experience in corporate, finance, shipping, insurance, funds and fiduciary services sectors.

David joined IQE in 2001 and is the managing director. David began his career in public sector accounting and audit following which he joined one of the largest independent insurance groups on the Isle of Man where he was a director of the trust and captive management companies. David is a Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Institute of Directors. David sits on a number of boards of substantial companies and is a director of IQE's corporate trustee company.
David has responsibility for the effective delivery of IQE's HR and Finance functions.
Moira joined IQE in 2001 and is an executive director. Moira started her career in medical laboratory science before joining the fiduciary services industry in 1990. Before joining IQE, Moira was operations director of a large independent corporate services provider. In addition to serving as a director and trustee for some of IQE's most substantial clients, Moira is responsible for IQE's relationship with its regulatory bodies.
Moira has responsibility for IQE's Compliance, Risk and New Business Departments to ensure services are delivered in an efficient manner.
Anne joined IQE in 2005 and is an executive director and the Company Secretary. Having commenced a career in company and trust administration at the start of the 1990s she has a wide range of experience in company secretarial practice, trust administration and corporate governance. Anne is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and a director of the Association of Fiduciary Service Providers ('ACSP'), which represents the fiduciary services sector in the Isle of Man.
Anne has responsibility for the Private Client and Corporate Departments. Anne has been Company Secretary on a number of Isle of Man companies which were admitted to AIM and for seven years was Company Secretary for Redefine International P.L.C., which is dual listed on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange and the Jo’burg Exchange, until the Company acquired UK approved REIT status in December 2013.

David has been a non-executive director of IQE since 2000. David was admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales in 1975 and as a Manx Advocate in 1993. David has extensive experience in general corporate, banking and finance, insurance, regulation and compliance and shipping. David also specialises in the implementation of bespoke bank loan and security documentation, media and entertainment finance documentation and insurance contracts.

Ita McArdle qualified as a Manx Advocate in 1995 and was appointed a non-executive director of IQE in 2000. At Simcocks Advocates she practiced in corporate commercial law including financial services for both private and corporate clients before retiring on 30 April 2008 to set up her own consultancy and Legal Practice. Ita sits on the boards of a number of public companies and collective investment schemes together with some private companies in conjunction with clients. She is a member of the Isle of Man Law Society, the Law Society of England and Wales and the International Bar Association.
