AIM Awards Dinner 2017

Posted on in IQE Isle of Man

IQE Directors, Anne and Moira, were delighted to host a table of guests at the AIM Awards Dinner held at Old Billingsgate, London, on 12th October. Now in its 22nd year, the dinner attracts over 1,300 guests including senior directors from AIM quoted companies and their advisers

AIM is the London Stock Exchange's international market for smaller growing companies and has a wide range of businesses including early stage, venture capital backed as well as more established companies listed on AIM seeking access to growth capital.  The AIM Awards recognise the very best companies and individuals on AIM and demonstrates why AIM is a great place to grow a business.  IQE had a lively table with interesting guests and enjoyed the entertainment from David Mitchell who was looking for investment advice from the experienced audience!  Awards were hard to win and we were delighted to see Fever Tree achieving recognition as nominees in three categories and winners of the prestigious Company of the Year Award. Charity collections were made to support Brentworth Catholics Children's Society and Well Child which both support children in need irrespective of their background.

We have the expertise to assist with multi-jurisdictional fiduciary services for international structures

As Chairman of Greenko Group plc, I have enjoyed a four year association with IQE during which time they not only provided administration, corporate governance and company secretarial support but also the [dedicated] services of Mike Brown FCIS as a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to act on our behalf. Throughout this time, I found IQE and their staff to be very helpful, patient and professional in their dealings. As a London Stock Exchange AIM listed company we undertook several complex multi-jurisdictions corporate transactions and I am particularly appreciative of IQE’s invaluable support on these occasions. Keith Henry, Chairman, Greenko Group Plc
