The dinner, hosted by the South African High Commissioner His Excellency Dr. Zola Skweyiya and the International Marketing Counsel of South Africa, sought to promote inward investment into South Africa.
This event was particularly relevant to both IQE Limited and IQE (Mauritius) Limited, given that South Africa is one of the prime target markets for business.
The dinner attracted a high-profile audience, including Peter Hain MP who spoke, and Lord Anthony St John, Leader of the House of Lords, and provided the opportunity for a table discussion and debate, concluding with a presentation on the key thoughts of how and where to drive investment into South Africa.
Steve commented "With an existing African client base and a fully operational office in Mauritius now (IQE (Mauritius) Limited), South Africa is a key focus for us and particular clients, who are actively raising funds for current real estate development in South Africa. This dinner had great focus on the issues and opportunities in South Africa and we look forward to working with Brand South Africa in the future."
We have the expertise to assist with multi-jurisdictional fiduciary services for international structures
As Chairman of Greenko Group plc, I have enjoyed a four year association with IQE during which time they not only provided administration, corporate governance and company secretarial support but also the [dedicated] services of Mike Brown FCIS as a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to act on our behalf. Throughout this time, I found IQE and their staff to be very helpful, patient and professional in their dealings. As a London Stock Exchange AIM listed company we undertook several complex multi-jurisdictions corporate transactions and I am particularly appreciative of IQE’s invaluable support on these occasions.
