Joining the Isle of Man's premier wildlife Conservation organisation enables us to help protect our natural heritage. Our membership includes planting trees at the Ramsey Forest, creating the Island's first forest by expanding and linking the glens, plantations and woodlands between Ramsey and Sulby. By planting new native woodland the forest should become a biodiversity hotspot for woodland on the island, but the benefits of Ramsey Forest will be for people as well as wildlife. IQE Limited donates funding for tree planting each year to ensure that we offset our carbon usage.
IQE's chosen Charity for 2016 is Manx Decaf, which is an Isle of Man Registered charity supporting those with dementia and memory problems, their carers, families and friends. Throughout the year we have held numerous social events to raise money for the charity. Recently we hosted a coffee morning at Merchants House. IQE staff contributed generously by baking an array of scrumptious cakes and delicious savouries. Guests and representatives of Manx Decaf who attended were overwhelmed by IQE's efforts.
To date we have raised over £2,000 for the Charity, with our Christmas hamper raffle yet to come.
We have the expertise to assist with multi-jurisdictional fiduciary services for international structures
As Chairman of Greenko Group plc, I have enjoyed a four year association with IQE during which time they not only provided administration, corporate governance and company secretarial support but also the [dedicated] services of Mike Brown FCIS as a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to act on our behalf. Throughout this time, I found IQE and their staff to be very helpful, patient and professional in their dealings. As a London Stock Exchange AIM listed company we undertook several complex multi-jurisdictions corporate transactions and I am particularly appreciative of IQE’s invaluable support on these occasions.
