IQE Securities Sponsor Services Limited

Posted on in IQE Isle of Man

IQE Securities Sponsor Services Limited was borne out of IQE’s strategy to diversify whilst building on core strengths and skills. IQE has significant experience of admissions to AIM, Main Market and more recently TISE.

Providing sponsor services to Issuers looking to list on The International Stock Exchange is a prime example of this diversification which also demonstrates the level of IQE's expertise. The nature of this work meets all the appropriate criteria for substance and transparency whilst meeting the global standards which are demanded in today's well regulated environment.

IQE Securities Sponsor Services Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of IQE Limited, licensed by the Isle of Man Financial Services Authority. David Karran, Moira McHarrie and Anne Couper Woods are Executive Directors of both companies and Helen Hall is the Head of the Sponsor Team.

Approved as a Listing Member, TISE has authorised IQE Securities Sponsor Services Limited to act as a Sponsor for trading companies issuing equity (Chapter 6), investment vehicles (Chapter 7) as well as specialist debt securities (Chapter 8).

Please contact Anne Couper Woods acouperwoods@iqe.im for further information.

We have the expertise to assist with multi-jurisdictional fiduciary services for international structures

As an independent Non-Executive Director of Ishaan Real Estate Plc I worked closely with IQE who provided Company Secretary and administration services. IQE hosted the board meetings, prepared minutes often on complex matters and were central to the communication between the international board members, lawyers, accountants and advisers. I found them to be reliable, approachable and pragmatic and IQE provided a professional and responsive service with extremely high standards appropriate for a company quoted on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM market. I would be happy to recommend their services. Stephen Vernon, Chairman, Green Property
