The awards, now in their 14th year honour firms in the financial services industry offering products and services across borders. With over 70 entities this year, the awards represent some of the most prestigious in the offshore financial services industry.
In beating last year's winner Jersey as well as other international finance centres such as Guernsey, Gibraltar and Luxembourg the island has shown that it is at the forefront of adaptability within the current financial climate.
Isle of Man Chief Minister, Alan Bell said; "This is a fantastic recognition for the Isle of Man at a time when the global landscape for financial services is changing. If Government and the private sector continue to work together closely to deliver innovative and excellent services in the manner illustrated by these awards, then the Isle of Man can continue to prosper in that changing world."
We have the expertise to assist with multi-jurisdictional fiduciary services for international structures
As Chairman of Greenko Group plc, I have enjoyed a four year association with IQE during which time they not only provided administration, corporate governance and company secretarial support but also the [dedicated] services of Mike Brown FCIS as a qualified and experienced Company Secretary to act on our behalf. Throughout this time, I found IQE and their staff to be very helpful, patient and professional in their dealings. As a London Stock Exchange AIM listed company we undertook several complex multi-jurisdictions corporate transactions and I am particularly appreciative of IQE’s invaluable support on these occasions.
