United Kingdom Listing Authority updates website and announces plans for a Knowledge Base
The United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA) has revised and updated its website and has announced it will introduce a knowledge base section later in the summer after consultation with interested parties.
The UKLA has also issued the second edition of its Primary Market Bulletin, which makes reference to the Knowledge Base advising that it will be a single repository of all UKLA technical guidance in respect of the Listing Rules and other Part 6 rules.
The bulletin also includes all of the UKLA’s re-formatted Technical Notes and Procedural Notes, together with an overview, on which comments are invited by 24th August 2012. Due to early feedback received on the consultation, the UKLA have now published additional practical information, which is aimed to give stakeholders additional assistance in assessing the material for consultation.
